No, we have differents shipping options.

You can choose the shipping methods  for shipping your orders. From your selection, our algorithm will determine the fastest, most cost-effective, and most reliable method for each order.

Checking “Flat Rate” enables Flat Rates as a shipping option. When an order comes in and “Flat Rate” is the most cost-effective shipping option you’ve enabled, that’s the rate we’ll charge you.
The order will be shipped with the least expensive shipping method available, regardless of what others you’ve enabled. So if you want to use only specific shipping methods, make sure “Flat Rate” is disabled.

How do i know my order has been shipped?

We will send you a seperate email as soon as your package has left the warehouse.

When will you ship my items ?

All items are subject to a handling period. 99% of orders leave the warehouse 2-5 business days of payment. We will notify you by email when your items have shipped. International delivery usually takes 10-21 business days. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 21 to 30 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

How can i track my Order ?

We provide tracking orders for most countries.

Is the any import taxes and duties on my item ?

Each countries laws are different. You may owe taxes when receiving your item. Customs duty are levied on any imports which fall under a specific import (value) criteria set by that country. So you need to check your customs website if duty is applicable on the goods that are imported from US and UK.

Can I return the product I have purchased ?

You may return the items you have purchased however it must be meet our terms and conditions. Please see our Returns Policy to be clear.
